SUMMARY

Reporting to the Account Manager, the Admin Assistant is a key part of our account management team, assisting our team of Account Execs and Managers with any admin needs. The Admin Assistant should thrive and be enthusiastic in a PR agency environment and must have excellent attention to detail, be thorough with their work, and be able to turn things around quickly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Professional, personable, experienced in an office environment
• Support with data entry
• Support with clipping coverage
• Creating documents for PR team
• Organising media mailers
• Keeping internal documents updated
• Supporting with reports
• Creating and updating media and influencer lists
• Enthusiastically deliver regular updates to colleagues on accounts team, pre-empting their needs and requests
• Practice excellent EQ and self-awareness, building trust and confidence in how you are perceived by the team and clients as someone who thrives and enjoys their work and the industry

The PR Craft (the Brazen way)
• Absorb yourself in the world of PR and Social Media and understand what PR and Social Media are – the difference, what they do and what they can deliver
• Support account lead and any team members by taking meeting minutes, preparing reports, new business decks and any research or other admin tasks assigned
• Assist the team with administrative tasks to help the business run efficiently i.e. reporting/ adding to the media database on Vuelio/ updating industry calendars
• Always represent Brazen as an agency in a positive, professional and engaging way

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Admin experience in a Dubai office
• Excellent grammar, writing and speaking skills in English
• Resilience, emotional self-regulation, and ability to problem solve quickly
• Proactive in both time and task management
• Interest and awareness of region, PR, digital and social platforms
