The MEPRA Youth Board is dedicated to setting up students for career success by sharing their expertise and guiding them on the right path before entering the workforce.
The award-winning young communicators are offering their time to support PR and communications students and provide them with the best possible head start to their professional lives.
Through the Student-Connect programme, the MEPRA Youth Board will provide one-on-one consultation on:
- Assignment or project review
- Career goals and aspirations
- CV and cover letter review
- Interview preparation support
Students studying public relations or communications who are part of a university MEPRA membership or MEPRA student members can register for MEPRA Youth Board Student Connect by completing the registration form below. Once you register, the MEPRA team will be in touch to set up a virtual meeting with one of your MEPRA Youth Board members.
The MEPRA Youth Board serves as an advisory body and shapes the strategy for engaging young communicators in the region. By committing themselves as MEPRA Youth Board Members, they are working towards an industry collective goal to raise awareness and build understanding of public relations in the Middle East by promoting industry standards, sharing knowledge and thought leadership and building the capabilities of young communicators in the region.
The MEPRA Youth Board is made up of previous MEPRA Award Young Communicator of The Year winners, including, Brazen MENA Senior Account Director Jennifer Love, PageGroup Marketing Manager MEA Hanisha Lalwani, Weber Shandwick MEMAT Senior Manager Nada Elbarshoumi and Head of Digital David Willett, Mubadala Investment Company Vice President of Employee Engagement Sara Kazim and Communications Consultant Shaimaa El Nazer.
