We are looking for a highly motivated Social Media Manager to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies that align with brand goals, engage the audience, and drive measurable results. A previous experience in managing the social media community of governmental brands is highly recommended.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media plan on monthly basis to increase brand visibility, awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate high-quality content (text, reels, static, gifs, etc.) tailored to each social media platform with video editing capabilities.
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay current and innovative.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports on engagement, reach, sentiment, etc.
- Oversee paid social media campaigns and suggest optimization tactics to boost performance.
- Coordinate with influencers and partners to expand campaigns reach
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Excellent communication and writing skills. Arabic reading and writing is a must.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media data to drive decisions.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics software.
- Self-starter with excellent time-management skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for staying ahead of social media trends and innovations.
- On site role in Doha
