Our challenge was to position Property Finder not just as a real estate portal, but as a dominant voice in PropTech—and we delivered. In a cluttered market full of data providers and media-spending competitors, we built a 100% earned media campaign rooted in timely insights, thought leadership, and creative storytelling.
We provided first-to-market property data every month, launched editorial series on community trends, and pitched hot topics from AI in real estate to female empowerment in the sector. We also positioned our leadership team as experts across print, broadcast, and podcasts—securing tier-one interviews and cover stories.
Our content was sought after by journalists, and we achieved Property Finder’s highest-ever Share-of-Voice in May 2025. With 750+ stories and 251M+ reach, we proved that a smart, consistent, insight-led approach can outperform even the most deep-pocketed competitors—and cemented Property Finder as a true PropTech leader.
