Attendees will gain practical insight into building authority, securing retainers, managing cash flow, and avoiding the most common early-stage agency mistakes. Designed for communications professionals considering launching their own agency, or those in the first three years of operation, the session will offer clear frameworks and real- world lessons from building and scaling a boutique PR consultancy in the UAE.

Participants will leave with a practical roadmap, sharper commercial awareness, and greater confidence in structuring a PR business for long-term success.
