Our first client meeting with Singapore Tourism Board happened just as lockdowns were lifted in the UAE. It was the summer of 2020 – traditionally peak season for the travel and tourism sector. However, travel had ground to a halt. Flights were suspended across the world and Singapore was under an indefinite lockdown.
Tourism is a pillar of Singapore’s economy, as it is one of the world’s safest and most attractive leisure and business destinations. Grappling with its toughest year on record, Singapore Tourism Board was on a mission to reimagine tourism, while supporting nationwide efforts to tackle the COVID-19 pandemic.
