The Good Store launched in 2023 and is embedded as a crucial ESG and CSR pillar at TECOM Group. Burson was tasked with expanding The Good Store’s reach as both a challenge and an opportunity to further elevate its positive impact in 2024.<br /><br />Introducing The Good Store – Open to Franchise. We wanted to celebrate the act of giving by allowing others to utilise our creative platform to donate to ERC. <br /><br />The Good Store’s 2024 campaign saw a 120% increase in donations compared to 2023 and supported 3,000+ families with food and clothing during the holy month. Post campaign, TG also surveyed its community to see if the campaign had business impact amongst its partners and community members from 2023 to 2024. There was a 48% increase in the perception of TG’s business districts as socially responsible and a 28% increase in perception of TG as a socially responsible business partner.
