Client Services Manager

You will be overseeing campaigns and coordinating clients, suppliers and our large internal team. You will be the primary contact person for your allotted customers (phone/email/in person), always updating them quickly and professionally, leaving them with a lasting feeling of “wow.” Day-to-day you will be monitoring and analysing the performance of dozens of websites, tracking KPI’s such as ranking, clicks, impressions and conversions then working with our team to better our clients results. In this position you’ll learn cutting edge digital skills, specifically in the fields of SEO and PPC whilst working with some of the regions largest brands; HSBC Bank, DAMAC Properties, Nissan, Infiniti, JA Resorts. Previous SEO/PPC experience is not essential, but a passion for digital and a fun going attitude is a must.
