To support the public relation team with the day-to-day activities on behalf of clients to ensure accounts are run efficiently.

 

 Key Responsibilities include: 

·         Working as part of a team to service a client portfolio to ensure successful results and delivery of agreed activities across relevant markets

·         Contributing to the smooth servicing and day-to-day running of accounts,

·         Proactively contributing ideas  on client accounts

·         Maintaining and growing relationships with media through regular outreach

·         Developing market specific tactics to achieve objectives

·         Managing more junior members of the team

·         On site support at media events

·         Administrative duties appropriate to the designation

·         Writing good quality content on behalf of clients such as press releases, Q&A’s, profiles and bios etc.

·         Providing line managers and clients with regular status updates and progress reports

·         Developing market intelligence on client accounts

·         Contributing ideas to programme development for clients and new business

·         Building relationship through consistent communications between clients and agency

·         Contributing to both clients and DABO & CO’s digital marketing

·         Submitting times sheets accurately and on time

Key Performance IndicatorsQuality of work: no more than 2 sets of amends per content piece

Candidate ProfileEducation/ Qualification

Bachelor degree preferably in Mass communication

 

Experience

2 to 3 years’ experience on a Media, Public Relation agency working on consumer accounts

Proven records of preparing client PR plans and proposals

Research and reporting

 

Functional Skills & Profile characteristic

·         Microsoft package proficiency

·         Good Media network

·         Basic written & good verbal communications

·         MUST speak, read and write ARABIC

·         Fast learner, efficient and proactive attitude

·         Good work ethic

·         Organisation skills

·         Multitasks minded
