Workshop details
Participants on this course will be introduced to the elements of developing creative communications plans. The programme introduces key methodologies needed for planning and implementation, from gathering research and insights through to tactical planning, publishing and measurement.

Arne Mosselman, Creative Strategy Director at Hill+Knowlton Strategies
Arne is Director of Creative Strategy. His expertise lies in bridging the worlds of business and communication. Arne helps our clients grow through impactful creative work based on insights and creative strategy.
Within H+K Arne works on a wide range of clients across different sectors, within our Energy + Industrials, Finance, Technology, Sports and Health practices. Arne is a member of the global Creative Strategy team and leads the internal creative communication center on COVID-19 as part of the Innovation Hub.
Prior to joining H+K, Arne was managing partner at the Amsterdam based creative sports agency Helden Media. In this role, he built a creative content team that worked for companies and sports organizations alike. Arne was head of the content team of The Netherlands during the Olympics in Rio 2016 and PyeongChang 2018 and developed a new model for sport sponsorship activations for clients such as Toyota, Dutch Lottery and ABN AMRO bank. He helped sports organizations like AFC Ajax, cycling team QuickStep and the Dutch Olympic Team create impactful content and activate their sponsorships.
Combining strategic thinking, an analytical mindset and a passion for creativity, earlier in his career he co-founded Moyee Coffee and was head of PR & Social Strategy at \TBWA Netherlands. Combining insights from PR, social and advertisement he helped brands such as Nespresso, adidas and Gillette shift their reputation.
Originally from The Netherlands, Arne studied Sociology at the University of Amsterdam. He likes to read and write, is an avid runner and cyclist and is board member of the homeless shelter in Amsterdam.
Sanjana Soman, Content + Publishing Account Director at Hill+Knowlton Strategies
In her role as Account Director, Sanjana trains and delivers workshops on digital marketing and creative campaign planning across clients of various industries.
As part of her client work, Sanjana works closely to develop comprehensive training programs, designed to help brands and their employees communicate effectively across their digital and online platforms. She develops course material which fits seamlessly into the strategic marketing landscape of a brand, and helps clients understand their digital objectives, content and communication strategy.
Sanjana has been a part of the industry for 10 years, and has experience in digital strategy and communications, creative strategy, social media marketing, website and mobile app development, content conceptualization and community engagement. This ensures that she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to each training assignment.
Sanjana has recently been awarded the MEPRA Young Communicator of the Year (Highly Commended) 2019, the PRCA Digital Professional of the Year 2019 and the PRCA MENA Rising Star of the Year 2020.
Sanjana also serves as an adjunct faculty at S. P. Jain School of Global Management since 2017. The course modules have centered around ‘Digital Media Platforms and Marketing’ and have included 1 day workshops to semester long programs that are currently being delivered to undergraduate and graduate marketing and communication students.
Sanjana has completed and received certifications in ‘Advanced Digital Marketing for Managers’, ‘Performance & Programmatic Marketing’ and ‘SEO – Ranking high on Google’ from Astrolabs Dubai, powered by Google. She has also received her certification in Facebook Blueprint Training and the Cannes Lions Masterclass in Storytelling by Cannes International Festival of Creativity.
Accreditation
MEPRA has partnered with UK’s Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) to establish a continuous professional development (CPD) program. MEPRA members will receive access to CIPR’s CPD platform, which includes more than 1,200 learning resources and enables practitioners to map their training journey and earn their way to becoming MEPRA and CIPR Accredited Public Relations Practitioners.
