Every day we are subject to a host of information and situations that constantly claim from us finding new ways of doing things and adapting to new contexts – at work or in our personal lives. Humans have an outstanding potential for adaptability but when we are exposed to multiple challenges or they pass a certain point, we might become emotionally affected. It may lead overwhelming worry, difficulty sleeping, a hard time making decisions, restlessness, etc.
Join us for a 1-hour seminar so we can explore anxiety and depression together and learn how to tackle them more effectively.
