Sound Therapy is a great way to boost your immune system, relax and de-stress.

Sound therapy has been practiced since ancient times and the concept is based on the idea that every part of your body creates a vibration which resonates in a certain way. Put another way, vibrational healing is based on the idea that everything in the universe – including our bodies – is in a state of vibration.

To enjoy a session and feel the benefits of sound therapy you will need to find a quiet space, lie back, close your eyes and let the healing sounds surround you.

Lisa is an energy, sound and breathwork practitioner working specifically with Crystal Bowls.  Based in Dubai, Lisa is passionate about helping others heal themselves on an energetic level by guiding them to see what the universe is reflecting and teaching them through their own life mirror.  She has over 15 years of experience across a variety of mediums of healing therapies that include Reiki, Sound Therapy, Crystal Bowls, Guided Meditations, Breathwork, Hypnosis, Reconnective Healing, Matrix Energetics and Access Consciousness.

*A blanket, as when our body enters a healing state, our body temperature drops and we feel cold.
*Speakers or headphones to maximize your experience. Or you can connect via your smart TV.
