Your immune system is your body’s defence against bacteria and disease. Regardless of whether a vaccine materializes, focusing on strengthening your immune system is the best way to activate your body’s immune power for optimum health.

Gloria previously worked in busy IT departments in the Financial sector and Academia. Examples include, Bank of New York Mellon, Lloyds of London, FCA and the LSE. After going through cancer treatment, Gloria studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York to become a certified Holistic Health Practitioner, and is the author of ’Healing Foods, Healthy Foods‘. Gloria is certified by the American Association for Drugless Practitioners. She’s also a TEDx speaker and has spoken at numerous events and conferences internationally.
