About the Campaign
This fully integrated communications-led campaign became a hero campaign in the MEA region for Mastercard in elevating the global focus on this business segment, equipping SMEs with the tools and insights needed to stabilize, grow and thrive.
The Mastercard MEA SME Confidence Index, conceived and implemented by Weber Shandwick MENAT and Mastercard MEA comms team, served as a benchmark of creative, insightful thinking that enabled the comms function to lead from the front and enabled the business teams to begin conversations to support micro and small business owners.
The Index findings were coupled with a white paper that found digitalization readiness is key to unlocking SME growth potential. Along with several unique storytelling tools through partnerships, op-eds, executive profiling, infographics and information videos, ‘Live’ content on Instagram Live, IGTV and LinkedIn, and influencer content, the SME narrative reached never-before heights.
