This session will provide an overview on how to use MEPRA’s new Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) which includes the 24/7 mental health support line and online health portal.
Led by the service provider, Corporate Counselling Services (CCS), the session will detail the benefits of EAP and what’s included for you and your team.
Who is this for?
The EAP is a voluntary and confidential support service available 24 hours every day via the 800-number for employees and their immediate family members.
What to expect?
By contacting the EAP, we will be able to provide guidance and support to:
- Control Stress
- Manage negative thoughts and regulate emotions
- Approach and support for us, family members, or colleagues
- Adapt our daily life to working conditions
- Adopt self-care techniques and enhance our resilience
- We all experience work or personal-related challenges that affect our wellbeing. At any time, our challenges could be something minor like trying to balance home, life, and work all in one instance or something more complex such as dealing with depression, stress or anxiety, or a multitude of matters brought on by a variety of life issues.
