Lynn AlKhatib – VP Comms at Chalhoub Group

Lynn Al Khatib, Executive Coach and Vice President of Communications at Chalhoub Group, has nearly 20 years of experience in corporate and brand communications.

Her expertise spans media relations, internal communications, brand strategy, and digital and social media. In 2024, Lynn began working with leaders and C-suite executives as an executive coach, helping them enhance their thought leadership, personal branding, and communication strategies. She also conceptualized and led The Skincare Edition, the Middle East’s first skincare summit at Hia Hub 4.0 in Riyadh, featuring 22 brands, B2B speakers, and consumer experiences.

Previously, Lynn held key communication roles at Nestlé in the Middle East and Switzerland, bridging corporate and consumer narratives. A passionate advocate for Women in Leadership, she actively supports the industry through MEPRA, GWPR, and PRCA initiatives. Lynn is also a dedicated mother of two and committed to mentoring and empowering others in the areas of wellbeing, communication and leadership.
