Our  host   Kevin Ruck  will explore  the   role  of  internal communication as part of the broader  communication mix and  how  it makes  a positive contribution  to the organizational performance. Meet theTrainer – Kevin Ruck

Kevin is a founding  director  of PR Academy.  He has worked  in communications  within  the  telecoms  and ICT sector for more than  18 years. During this time he led the  research  and  planning  for a leading  telecom operator’s  public  relations  activities,  including community  programmes, across  the  UK. Kevin specialises  in  the  planning,  measurement  and evaluation of communication and leads on PR Academy’s  consultancy   work  in  this  area.   He  is  a qualified lecturer,  holding  a Post Graduate Certificate in Education and  graduated with  a distinction  in his MBA  from  the  Open  University in  2007.   He  is also nearing  the  completion  of his PhD which has focused on the research and measurement of internal communication and  employee  engagement. As well as   being   a   Fellow  of   the   CIPR, Kevin  is  also   a Chartered Manager.
