An uncertain economic climate in had the potential to leave our clients and our team, cautious, conservative and concerned. During a period of great change and disruption in our industry and region, Weber Shandwick MENA stepped up and transformed its offerings and operations. Tackling this disruption head on, in 2017 Weber Shandwick MENA leadership created a programme solely focused on adding value and securing unrivalled results for clients.
We needed to empower our team and support our clients in a way that truly revolutionises the traditional client/agency dynamic. And so, our Client Unity programme was born.Going beyond the conventional client/agency relationship, deepening our understanding of our clients’ businesses and issues, our team live these challenges and live their clients’ lives.

The programme was cascaded across our MENA offices, maintaining our commitment to collaboration throughout our operations. Our offices also work together across many projects, initiatives, training and development opportunities. Although divided by miles, our leadership team encourages a cross-collaboration approach to client-work that ensures our vision to care, counsel and change (for both our clients and our people) is achieved. Our teams are also made a priority with our ongoing ‘People-First’ commitment to their development and growth.

This approach has led to an exceptional year for Weber Shandwick MENA.
