StickyGinger is recruiting a PR Account Director to lead our dynamic fashion and culture team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious PR professional to make a real difference at a time of growth and diversification for the agency.

·      Leading, supporting, and building StickyGinger’s fashion and culture team, working with global lifestyle clients, focusing on growth and development opportunities.

·      Working with clients to identify business goals and KPIs, and in turn, developing strategic campaign plans and communication strategies.

·      Developing best-in-class processes and workflows; consistently assessing systems and tools to create efficiencies and drive productivity.

·      Working closely and strategically with our Creative and Social Media teams to bring excellence to StickyGinger PR offerings.

·      Identifying and growing incremental business revenue and strategic opportunities with the support of the Head of PR.

·      Serve as the primary or senior contact for clients and use capabilities and resources to meet client goals and budgets

·      Develop and oversee account teams’ performance, ensuring quality work is done, efficient processes are in place, and client requests are handled in a timely fashion.

·      A great human, who exhibits kindness, empathy, and genuine care for the well-being of colleagues and team members.

·      Lead by example; demonstrate strong work ethic, creative abilities and industry expertise

·      Comes hardwired with the ability to understand the big picture and nuances of the PR industry.

·      Must have at least eight years of relevant experience in public relations and/or related fields including research, advertising, management consulting, media and publishing.

·      An inspiring leader, able to embrace the ever-changing world of marketing, and PRdynamics, to instill confidence and pride in the work being done.

·      A storyteller, who can present simply, vividly, and impactfully.

·      Bubbling with creative ideas and an innate pragmatic ability to make things happen.

·      A love of problem-solving and diving into ambiguity to make clear sense of it.
