Facilitator: Niall Cook is a digital communications veteran with 20 years industry experience consulting global bands such as HSBC. HP, LG and Microsoft. An accomplished thinker and speaker on social technologies, he has presented at events all over the world and in 2008 wrote one of the first books on the impact of social software in the workplace, Enterprise 2.0, which has been cited in over 200 academic papers.
