Training for leaders and colleagues who want to be better informed on how to support team members facing mental health challenges.
The world has rapidly changed around us in these last couple of months and many of us are experiencing the impact it had, and continues to have, in different ways. The discussion about Mental Health has never been more relevant than it is today, as we all work together in finding ways to cope with new realities, understanding the struggles those around us might be facing, and assisting them as much as we can.
Join us for this 1-hour seminar as we will explain a little more about mental health in general, we will debunk some of its myths and stigmas and we will talk about some of the easier to notice warning signs of potential issues. We will also speak about how to engage in conversation with people you might feel would need support in dealing with some of their struggles and will go through the DOs and DON’Ts of supporting your colleagues as they regain their balance.
