The Director of Communications plans, directs, controls, coordinates and participates in all communication activities with an emphasis on public and media relations.
Under the guidance and supervision of the DOSM and within the limits of established hotel policies and procedures, he/she promotes integrated and positive communications in order to promote and enhance the image of the hotel. In addition, he/she enhances the awareness of the Shangri-La brand as one of the world’s finest hotel groups among target audiences, as defined in the hotel’s and group’s strategic marketing and communications plan.

Requirements:
– Educated to degree level.
– Minimum four years in a marketing/communications senior position.
– Team leader.
– Self-driven.
– Experience in crisis communications an advantage.
– Second language an advantage.
