Account Manager – Communications (Dubai) at Performance Communications

We combine a global perspective with regional expertise, delivering PR, digital communications, influencer marketing, content creation and event management support for our clients across the mobility, sport, luxury and corporate sectors.

The Opportunity

We are searching for an up-and-coming Account Manager to lead exciting client campaigns, guide junior team members and drive day-to-day account success at Performance Communications Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple client accounts and manage workstreams
• Serve as the day-to-day client contact and trusted advisor
• Draft flawless communications materials, including press releases and planning documents
• Mentor, guide and inspire junior team members
• Proactively drive media relations and integrated campaign opportunities
• Manage campaigns, projects, events, timelines, budgets and reporting with precision
• Get involved with new business pitches, presenting when required
• Leverage emerging AI and digital tools to enhance PR strategy, measurement, and content production

Requirements

• Education: Relevant Degree or Equivalent
• Experience: 3–5 years in communications, PR or marketing role (agency experience preferred)
• Strong client handling skills with a proven ability to deliver integrated campaigns
• Exceptional writing and project management skills
• Excellent media relations and contacts across the Middle East
