The Opportunity

Joining the senior management team, you’ll be responsible for the social media output of this agency and working with an ever-growing team of social media specialists and creative designers.

You will help build relationships with clients, structure the workflow internally and support the junior team members. You have your team’s back, just as they have yours! We are looking for a creative, hardworking and most of all passionate individual to help us grow the team further. You should have excellent communication and presentation skills and have experience managing and developing a team of creative minds.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships, manage their SOW and support their digital needs
• Work alongside the Social Media Director on developing social and digital strategy across the agency
• Work alongside the social team on developing Social Media strategies, creative campaign concepts and social audits
• Support the senior management team in new business opportunities, leading digital and social pitches and upselling existing scopes

Requirements            

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of digital or social experience in a Middle Eastern agency
• Strong technical proficiency in social media platforms and inherent curiosity about emerging platforms and trends
• Preferred sector experience to include retail, hospitality and alcohol
• Experience in managing people and teams
• Fluency in spoken and written Arabic preferable
