The Opportunity

This role is responsible for managing and executing digital marketing projects in line with TECOM’s digital strategy, ensuring the delivery of an excellent, stimulating and innovative digital experience across all executions, utilizing the latest multi-channel digital communication, tactics and technologies.

Responsibilities

Digital Media Management

  • Develop TECOM’s online presence across different digital marketing channels & drive the performance to achieve set KPIs across these channels.
  • Build a performance omni-channel approach to achieve TECOM’s digital growth.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing communications, including SEO / SEM, sponsored / paid search, marketing database, email, SMS, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Support the Head – Digital Marketing in managing owned digital media channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails) to ensure brand consistency.
  • Build and manage digital backend tools’ asset setup (Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager).
  • Provide analytics and technical support for owned media assets (website / apps / solution-integration) working closely with IT team and 3rd party suppliers.
  • Create accurate location pins using “Google My Business” platform to ensure accuracy of all TECOM locations including Retail / Residential / Commercial and Industrial.
  • Achieve ROIs agreed with the Head – Digital Marketing in terms of paid media, promoted ads etc.
  • Work with the web developer for website development in a manner that ensures rich engagement with key audiences including provision of complex conceptual ideas and bringing them to life.
  • Ensure that queries and chats received through the TECOM website are addressed in a timely fashion.
  • Track conversion rates and suggest improvements to the website as required.

Campaign Management – Agency led and Internal Paid Campaigns

  • Prepare digital campaign plans for corporate and segments – retail / residential / commercial and industrial to ensure they are innovative, brand led and effective.
  • Liase with the Marketing Branding & Services function to create and curate content as per TECOM’s branding guidelines.
  • Support individual campaign managers to devise effective integrated digital campaigns for TECOM.
  • Act as a service provider on specific internal paid campaigns as assigned from time to time, this includes managing end to end delivery and execution of the campaigns including social media management, creation of landing pages, addressing queries received etc.
  • Devise and implement strategies to drive relevant online traffic to the TECOM website and social media pages for Corporate as well as internal paid campaigns.
  • Setup and lead the internal performance media rollout (Social/ Google/ Programmatic) to extend tactical campaign support for TECOM business offerings.
  • Optimize internal performance marketing campaigns across different platforms and channels (Paid Search, Display, Paid social etc.) to achieve KPI and goals. This also includes healthy tactics supporting data-first strategy such as establishing an AB testing approach to digital campaigns.
  • Conduct technical audits for campaign landing pages to ensure they are in line with the TECOM branding guidelines before being published on the website.
  • Manage the tracking codes for campaigns and develop a digital roadmap that helps increase effectiveness of the digital campaigns.
  • Ensure campaign email management platforms such as Eloqua and Campaign Monitor are used in an effective manner and integrated with the TECOM website and Salesforce.
  • Coordinate the preparation of campaign newsletters and their dispatch to internal and external audiences is done in a timely manner.
  • Prepare dashboards to understand the status of the campaign and its effectiveness and advise on areas of improvement.
  • Support other departments as required, related to online media guidelines and technical support to deliver key content in an effective and time-sensitive manner.

Customer Lead Capture and CRM

  • Work on the lead capture process by tracking visits to TECOM website and social media pages through promoted ads and ensure all relevant contacts are added and integrated with Salesforce.
  • Work towards growing the customer base by customer acquisition through product marketing, content & demand generation on digital marketing platforms.

Digital Analytics and Performance Management

  • Gather and analyze appropriate research to provide consumer insight driven media recommendations across digital paid media rollout.
  • Analyze and monitor digital activity using Google Analytics and other tools to ensure optimal usage of the channels, meet performance targets for online and digital effectiveness.
  • Track all analytics data and build / amend digital marketing plan accordingly.
  • Make comprehensive reports for the leadership that display digital marketing results and effectiveness.

External Agency Management

  • Develop relationships with third party digital agencies to ensure optimal and effective leveraging of capability to deliver cost effective digital solutions for TECOM.
  • Support the Head – Digital Marketing in the selection and negotiation process with external digital marketing agencies to ensure they fit well within the TECOM standards.
  • Monitor performance of external agencies to ensure they deliver within agreed timeframe and quality and branding standards.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay up to date with digital technology developments to implement relevant technologies for TECOM that will enhance user experience for visitors to website or online media pages.
  • Monitor competitor website and online presence to stay abreast and provide ideas for improvement.
  • Suggest enhancements to TECOM’s digital channels based on stakeholder feedback and analytics through development and enhancement of TECOM’s digital presence including user experience (UX), content, SEO, CRM and mobile applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR or Communications is required.
  • Master’s degree in marketing, PR or Communications is preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience of which at least 2 years in the Marketing function within the real estate industry.
  • Middle East experience is preferred.

Technical Competencies

  • Strong knowledge across all digital marketing aspects – Paid media, social media, owned media, technology tools, backend, and tech related solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools – SEO/SEM, PPC, email and databases, organic and paid social media and marketing automation tools.
  • Proven track record in increasing web traffic, conversion and growing online engagement and leads.
  • Strong experience of Content Marketing and support technologies.
  • Experience in using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Possess technical knowledge on available digital concepts, standards, methods, tools and applications.
  • Advanced analytical skills with solid knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Strong skills in creating seamless user experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and at all levels.
  • Ability to suggest and develop creative ideas and treatments for online content (such as video, copy, images) for multi-channel campaigns.
  • Ability to influence beyond direct responsibilities in terms of a customer first, digital-first mindset.
