Alison Woodhouse, Director, Sustainability and Social Value, Lexington

Alison provides organisations across a range of sectors with strategic advice on sustainability and environmental issues, and works with clients to deliver measurable impact through cross-industry and civil society partnerships. In addition to over a decade of experience in agency, her background in policy and political engagement helps businesses elevate sustainability communications into programmes for change. Alison previously worked on national low carbon energy strategies and legislation as a civil servant in the UK Government, led the corporate partnerships programme within an environmental charity, and at government conservation body Natural England.

Sarah Bartlett, Head of Middle East, Lexington

Sarah oversees Lexington’s new operation in the Middle East, which includes a unique four tier offering in sustainability and social impact. With a 30 year career in strategic communications, the last 17 of which have been spent in the GCC, Sarah has advised an extensive number of government, semi-government, private sector and NGO clients on critical matters relating to reputational management. With her original background in marine conservation, Sarah has been working in the area of sustainability and social value for more than 20 years. She is proud to have also led awareness campaigns around the UAE’s natural heritage and the need to preserve it. She is currently undertaking a qualification in sustainability as a strategic business tool at Bocconi University in Milan.
