The Opportunity

The Account Director is primarily responsible for the management of relationships with clients. As a senior point of contact for an agency’s customers, the Account Director also coordinates the resources needed to service projects, builds strategic operational plans and balances the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work.

Responsibilities

  • Fully understand and apply SOCIALEYEZ brand identity including our Vision, Mission, Core Values
  • Core Purpose and Brand Promise. This identity needs to guide all our actions and communications
  • Ensuring each team member are trained when joining the business but also offers ongoing training and support throughout
  • Managing budgets & meeting targets to ensure accounts are profitable
  • Developing effective strategies for each client following the company’s strategy outline and ensuring strategies are creative and innovative
  • Ensuring the team has completed documentation in place for each client in line with company’s policies
  • Ensuring the team is delivering regular insights to their clients
  • Meeting clients regularly &working towards maintaining high satisfaction scores
  • Reviewing KPIs vs Achieved for each of your clients on a monthly basis
  • Reviewing the monthly client reports from the team
  • Regularly initiating new highly strategic, innovative & creative campaign ideas for clients
  • Approving all quarterly client activation plans & suggested campaign ideas
  • Work towards bringing more leads and upselling
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager

Technical Competencies/Skills

  • Solid understanding of project management and reporting on progress
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office
  • Must have strong understanding of social media advertising across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Developed & implemented multiple social media strategies

Requirements

Education

Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication, Business Management, Advertising and Marketing, or any other related filed

Experience

Minimum 5 years in digital marketing with strong focus on social media with an agency background
