The Opportunity

The Director of Performance Marketing is responsible for the business's day-to-day tactical and strategic operations and also support of sales and marketing analytics in order to drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

    • Define strategic objectives, marketing budgets, and success metrics
    • Strategize all aspects of media plans including optimization and reporting
    • Analyze data from the platforms and the campaigns to optimize towards the best performing sectors
    • Provide weekly/monthly/annual policy and quote forecasts for all of the business’s products, evaluate scenarios for ROI, performance and communicate results and recommendation to the key stakeholders
    • Create tactical execution plans for the purpose of achieving program/campaign objectives

Team Management

  • Work with the Performance Marketing team, and Account Managers to develop effective and fact-based client proposals
  • Work with Account Managers to understand the client brief and translate it to media plans and advising on the best platforms that will be related to the client objectives
  • Lead efforts in the utilization of data-driven methodology, analyses, and measurement in order to improve the effectiveness of all marketing channels, paid search, email, direct mail, programmatic media, modeling, forecasting, and analyses
  • Work closely with the design and engineering departments in designing tools and features that improve the business’s consumer acquisition and retention
  • Mange Technology, tools and KPIs for the clients
  • Strong ability in managing big budgets across different platforms.
  • Building media plans and suggesting best platforms to run the campaigns on based on the client objective
  • Give estimation of the KPIs that can be achieved for every platform and overachieve those KPIs
  • Monitor & track campaign performance against the business’s overall goals and objectives
  • Innovative & proactively suggest new ideas, initiatives, and projects the agency can adopt in-line with the agency’s overall strategy
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager
  • Comply with SOCIALEYEZ policies and procedures and support SOCIALEYEZ mission and vision

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in mass communication, Business Management, Advertising and Marketing, or any other related filed

Experience

  • 6+ years in performance/digital marketing with a strong focus on social media – must have an agency background
  • Good understanding of digital platforms, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships with clients
