Our activities and services includes: operating over 175 Service Stations, refueling aircrafts at several airports, manufacturing and marketing lubricants locally and internationally to mention a few only.
The Opportunity
The ideal candidate will play integral role in giving ADNOC Distribution employees more visibility to their rich Company’s culture and business priorities, while supporting in developing and managing effective communication strategies and initiatives for the business
Responsibilities
Internal Communication Strategy and Planning
- Support in development of internal communication strategy that educates and energizes employees on the Company’s strategic business objectives and priorities to help. Create company-wide internal communication framework and calendar that identifies the right channels and methods for communications.
- Support in execution of a corporate-wide communications strategy that focuses on sharing the company’s strategy, most critical plans, priorities, and announcements.
- Establish protocols, tools, and templates that support communication objectives, are used regularly to build familiarity with employees, and set expectations on what kind of information will be shared, in what channels, and by whom.
- Leads planning and implementation of Town Hall Meetings, internal employee engagement events and activities, including collection of feedback for continuous improvement strategies on topics such as employee engagement and culture-building.
- Develop and manage thought leadership initiatives – from content development to platform amplification.
Internal Communication Management
- Provide support for, various teams, including: Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Product & Engineering, and Leadership
- Support the development and execution of employer value proposition, corporate branding, values and corporate message map
- Test and optimize internal channels to improve employee experience through communication. Current projects include rebuilding the employee portal, development of videos and podcasts as dynamic content, crafting compelling social media messages to drive engagement and advocacy, support to global meetings and introduction of new technology (e.g. employee app)
- Develops messaging for topics including culture, storytelling, and other areas of strategic corporate significance as needed.
- Work with internal and external agency partners and marketing to ensure internal brand consistency
- Exhibits flexibility and openness to support projects across all divisions and functions of the business on an as-needed basis.
- Support Specialist Website and Digital local intranet management including content planning and delivery, acting as editor (managing all writing, editing and posting) for the local business.
- Support crisis communications, M&A and other global initiatives as needed. Identify emerging issues and challenges both internally and externally. Recommend methods and messaging to adjust or add new, relevant content to existing plans in order to share with employees in real-time.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communication, Marketing, or Advertising from a recognized university
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
- 5-6 years of experience in managing internal and external communication etc.
- Experience in Oil and Gas, Retail industry will be preferable.
