The Opportunity

StickyGinger is recruiting a PR Account Director to lead our dynamic fashion and culture team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious PR professional to make a real difference at a time of growth and diversification for the agency.

Responsibilities

• Leading, supporting, and building StickyGinger’s fashion and culture team, working with global lifestyle clients, focusing on growth and development opportunities.
• Working with clients to identify business goals and KPIs, and in turn, developing strategic campaign plans and communication strategies.
• Developing best-in-class processes and workflows; consistently assessing systems and tools to create efficiencies and drive productivity.
• Working closely and strategically with our Creative and Social Media teams to bring excellence to StickyGinger PR
• Identifying and growing incremental business revenue and strategic opportunities with the support of the Head of PR.
• Serve as the primary or senior contact for clients and use capabilities and resources to meet client goals and budgets
• Develop and oversee account teams’ performance, ensuring quality work is done, efficient processes are in place, and client requests are handled in a timely fashion.

Requirements

• Lead by example; demonstrate strong work ethic, creative abilities and industry expertise
• Comes hardwired with the ability to understand the big picture and nuances of the PR industry.
• Must have at least eight years of relevant experience in public relations and/or related fields including research, advertising, management consulting, media and publishing.
• An inspiring leader, able to embrace the ever-changing world of marketing, and PR dynamics, to instill confidence and pride in the work being done.
• A storyteller, who can present simply, vividly, and impactfully.
• Bubbling with creative ideas and an innate pragmatic ability to make things happen.
• A love of problem-solving and diving into ambiguity to make clear sense of it.
