Responsibilities
Office Administration
- First point of contact for all visitors to the office and answering and coordinating incoming calls
- Taking inventory of office supplies and ordering supplies as required
- Key contact for all office facilities queries and external supplier requirements
- Maintain upkeep of office equipment- liaise with IT to resolve technical problems
- Establish and maintain office procedures and first point of contact for issues that may arise
- Assisting senior management team when required
Project Coordination
- Support on planning and managing projects from initial stages through to final delivery
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on the status of projects
- Track the project deliverables and meet agreed deadlines
- Overseeing the project’s budget, notifying stakeholders of key cost implications, changes to budget, spending and cost changes
- Ensuring key Service Level Agreements are met
- Work alongside the existing designers, translators, and content writers
Requirements
- Must have a friendly personality
- English and Arabic is a must
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Should have good written & communication skills in English
- Good interpersonal skills
- Possesses strong planning, efficient reporting ability and excellent use of MS Office as a communication tool, organising, budgeting, etc.
- Excellent organisational skills, proactive and ability to prioritize
- Proven experience of effectively managing projects large and small from brief through to delivery
- Multi-tasker with ability to juggle several projects
- A go-getter with an ability to work autonomously
- Multi-task with deadlines and ensure that time is managed effectively
