In an environment defined by heightened scrutiny, accelerated news cycles, and rapidly evolving audience expectations, event-led communication has become a critical reputational tool. From global summits and cultural programmes to corporate launches and government-led initiatives, organisations are being judged not only on what they say, but on what they convene, enable, and deliver in real time.
Building on feedback from last year’s Majlis, the 2026 Majlis will place a stronger emphasis on practical application and lived experience. Sessions will explore how communications teams are using AI tools to plan, execute, and report on events; how event-led strategies differ across B2B, B2C, and B2G contexts; and how organisations are measuring impact beyond attendance and coverage.
The Majlis will feature a mix of case-driven discussions and panel conversations, designed to surface what works, what doesn’t, and what is changing in the regional communications landscape.
As with previous editions, the MEPRA Qatar Majlis is conceived as an open forum: a space for candid discussion, peer learning, and practical insight, rather than promotion.
Sponsorship opportunities are available for organisations seeking to align with senior decision-makers and support the continued development of the communications profession in Qatar and the wider region.
