We are seeking motivated candidate for Senior/Account Manager role, to join our growing Dubai team at Performance Communications Middle East. Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction of key client accounts
• Manage, mentor and inspire a growing team
• Oversee the creative and strategic development of integrated campaigns
• Build and nurture strong client relationships at senior levels
• Contribute to pitches and agency growth
• Analyse campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights
• Deliver flawless content and presentations for clients

Requirements

• 4–6 years' experience in a communications, PR or marketing role (agency experience
  preferred)
• Senior leader who inspires trust and confidence
• Strategic, creative and commercially-minded

• Proactive problem-solver with a solutions-first approach
