The Opportunity

Siemens is seeking a seasoned digital Communicator to work closely with the Siemens Energy leadership team in Saudi Arabia towards driving strong growth and organization development.

• Lead in developing and implementing the country communication strategy of the Siemens Energy company in Saudi Arabia, covering digital communications, media relations, thought leadership and employee engagement
• Ensure the alignment and consistency of all communications activities with regional and global governance and protocols
• Steer the implementation of Business Unit (BU) specific communications strategies within Siemens Energy, e.g. Oil and Gas and Power Generation
• Become a trusted and proactive communications advisor to the leadership team
• Position Communications as the entry-point of the sales funnel, through focused digital activities, including digital demand generation
• Drive thought leadership in consultation with the local and regional leadership teams
• Support the positioning of the local and regional leadership teams through speaker placements, media presence, social media and appropriate platforms and engagements
• Live and personify digital Communications, e.g. through Lead Management, Online Marketing and Social Media
• This is a full-time function within the Communications job family
• The incumbent will report into the Regional Communications hub structure as well as the CEO of Siemens Energy in Saudi Arabia

Requirements

• At least six years of communications experience, ideally in a multinational organization and/or public relations agency
• Strong digital communications competence
• Arabic and English are essential (written and oral competence)
