The Opportunity

Creatively develops and leads communication programs, campaigns and content strategy across multiple channels (Company intranet/online, video, print and events) to deliver integrated communications programs that articulate the Company’s key messages, business priorities and growth initiatives, as well as influence a positive culture and engaged workforce.

Key Accountabilities

Content and Media Relations

  • Define the corporate positioning of ADNOC Distribution and develop relevant narratives and compelling messages to be implemented through the whole spectrum of ADNOC Distribution’s internal and external communications channels to strengthen stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop, manage, review and enrich the editorial content related to ADNOC Distribution in all printed publications and related communication tools, such as annual reports, press releases, statements, brochures, booklets, social media, website, advertisements, TVC, corporate movies, documentaries etc.
  • Ensure highest standards of efficiency and professionalism within ADNOC Distribution’s printed communication, by constantly benchmarking multi-national best practices and key trends; aligning it to the company’s communication programs to enhance ADNOC Distribution’s brand quotient.
  • Develop strategic content for executive communications, including speech writing and presentations
  • Lead the content development process from brief to execution, collaborating with stakeholders across the team.
  • Develop and create all kinds of artworks, themes, and designs for the company as per annual plan and ensure its compliance to the Corporate Identity, theme, ethics, and codes of conduct.
  • Support the communication needs of all ADNOC Distribution’s departments, either in-house or through external contractors
  • Supervise the creation, preparation and implementation of plans, design and artwork for all ADNOC Distribution corporate publications, including identifying areas of potential interests, obtaining necessary approvals, checking, editing and approving copywriter work and translation if relevant. Manage and ensure quality control of outsourced service providers in concept, design, art direction, production, print buying to ensure that the product aligns with ADNOC Distribution’s expected standards and norms.
  • Lead creative and content agencies or vendors to establish and coordinate content, ensure quality, creative and timely deliverables.
  • Develop and edit media communications, campaigns and advertisements based on channel appropriateness and intended use and audience consistently with ADNOC Distribution’s brand in order to promote its mission, vision and values.

Investor Relations

  • Collaborate with the investor relations team to prepare and manage release of specific material and appropriate content including presentation, brochures etc. for investors and shareholders, external news agencies, media houses etc.

Analysis and Performance Management

  • Supervise, monitor and measure ADNOC Distribution’s presence in the media, by implementing relevant documentation and compiling systems.

Minimum Qualification

    • Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing, journalism or PR
    • Relevant masters or post graduate degree is highly desirable

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

  • 10 years of experience in Content and media relations role including at least 2-4 years in increasing managerial responsibilities.
