The Opportunity

A rare opportunity to join Instinctif Partners’ strong Capital Markets & Investor Relations team, which is experiencing fast growth across  the GCC. Our client base  comprises a range of high profile listed companies – who we advise on their Investor Relations programmes – as well as regional and international financial institutions, for whom we deliver corporate communications and reputation management consultancy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and update quarterly earnings releases, corporate announcements, presentations, IR factsheets, regulatory announcements, Q&A documents, and scripts/talking points.
  • Develop board  reports, General  Assembly,  roadshow,  and  capital  markets days  materials  including agendas, presentations, and talking points.
  • Analyse, explain, and present financial performance in a clear, concise, and informative manner.
  • Develop and regularly update excel-based financial data sheets with high accuracy.
  • Develop excel-based share register analysis mechanism and conduct regular share register analyses.
  • Develop structure and content for IR websites  and apps.
  • Develop, manage, and deliver investor perception studies.
  • Assist with the development of training materials.
  • Develop and maintain CRM databases and financial calendars.
  • Develop and regularly update daily/weekly market reports, including newsletters, share price and equity market updates.
  • Develop and own client weekly/monthly meeting agenda, meeting minutes,  and status reports.

Requirements

  • Up to 2 years of experience in a financial analysis and research capacity;  Investment Banking / Equity/ Research / Corporate Development  & Business  Planning / Management Accounting
  • University degree  or higher education; Finance / Accounting / Economics degree  preferred
  • CFA or similar certification  would be a plus
  • Investor relations  certification  such  as International Certificate  in Investor  Relations  (CIRO) or similar would be an advantage
  • Preferably fluent in both English and Arabic
  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Proven ability to conduct detailed  research and analysis
  • Strong writing skills
  • Experience with financial software a plus (Bloomberg, FactSet, Reuters, etc…)
  • A go-getter  with an ability to work autonomously
  • A creative individual who can work within a small but energetic team
  • Multi-task with deadlines and ensure that time is managed effectively
  • Strong organisation and planning skills
  • Able to demonstrate attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, consistency, and timely responses
