The Opportunity

The Supervisor – Marketing &  Communications, will support the Marketing & Communications function, and will assist the Director- Marketing & Communications to ensure the effective delivery of events and communications across the organisation. The role will be to manage the day-to-day running of the department, including all financial processes, administration, stock take and deal with external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate all media reports, putting them into an email presentation and sending them out, and pulling together monthly, quarterly and annual coverage reports
  • Compiling all data each month from various departments, and putting them in the Intranet
  • Collate data for monthly budget reports and add to presentation
  • Collate data for monthly social media reports and add to presentation
  • To support content upload, consistent management of all intranet and website collateral to ensure correct and latest approved data is presented
  • Handling all administration for the function, including but not limited to: managing all Oracle processes, PR’s, PO’s, raising invoices, budget tracking and reporting, etc.
  • Processing business related expenses and handling CC Statements, business travel and expenses
  • Look after Logistics, and organise events under the supervision of the Director – Marketing & Communications
  • Handling travel arrangements, including but not limited to: booking tickets, hotels, etc.
  • Manage current suppliers to obtain information and documents as required
  • Manage diary and appointments of Director – Marketing & Communications, including working with other departments for meetings and information exchange
  • Complying and carrying out ad hoc requests from the Director – Marketing & Communications
  • Works according to the Director – Marketing & Communications advice and guidance. Discusses with and refers major decisions to function heads for advice and further handling

Requirements

High School Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

Minimum Experience

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in similar role
